What You'll Do
- Own the Territory: Achieve and exceed annual revenue quotas through direct sales and strategic channel partnerships.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Represent our full product portfolio with professionalism, deep product knowledge, and a commitment to premium pricing.
- Strategize for Success: Develop and execute annual territory forecasts and business plans that align with company goals.
- Expand Market Reach: Attend and contribute to local and regional trade shows, building brand visibility and customer relationships.
- Analyze & Adapt: Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and market dynamics to optimize sales strategy and profitability.
- Communicate with Impact: Craft persuasive proposals, reports, and correspondence that reflect clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate & Report: Submit monthly forecasts, business updates, and travel itineraries to the Director of Sales.
What You Bring Experience & Education
- 2-3 years of proven sales success (medical device experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent required
Travel Requirements
- Domestic travel: 50-60%, including regular overnight stays
- Must be able to travel commercially across the U.S.
