Production Supervisor

Staffmark is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations in our West Chester manufacturing facility. This is your chance to join a supportive team that values leadership, collaboration, and innovation while providing the tools and resources for you to thrive.

Salary: $65,000-$78,000/year

Shift: 2-2-3 schedule (6pm-6am)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise night shift production and oversee building operations.
• Manage machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance and proper PPE use.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisors and schedulers to resolve production challenges and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide leadership in addressing personnel and production issues.
• Monitor production data, evaluate performance, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance processes.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
