Staffmark is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead and support the QA team, ensuring compliance with all food quality and safety programs. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company committed to maintaining the highest standards in food manufacturing.

Pay: $28-$35/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional weekend coverage may be required)

Responsibilities:



  • Lead, schedule, and train QA Technicians
  • Monitor food quality, safety programs, GMPs, and HACCP compliance
  • Conduct inspections, product evaluations, and environmental sampling
  • Manage QA documentation and support handling of deviations or non-conforming materials
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and smooth operations



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Food Science or related field preferred)
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of GMPs, GLP, HACCP, and food manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication, computer (Word/Excel), and team leadership skills
  • Spanish comprehension preferred, but not required
