Staffmark is
looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage and verify inventory, maintain records, and support efficient warehouse operations.

Pay: $16-$18/hr

Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Review receiving and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and prepare for scheduling.
  • Compile and verify data from contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, bills of materials, and accounting reports.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, cycle counts, and stock control information.
  • Compare stock numbers, substitutes, and item details with reference materials to verify orders.
  • Identify unused items and recommend disposal of stock.
  • Track materials issued and work orders in software; ensure proper inventory adjustments.
  • Record inspector time and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Keep desk and work area clean and organized.



Qualifications:



  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • General knowledge of office equipment and inventory software.
  • Strong logical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
