Order Management Team Overview The Order Management team is dedicated to ensuring patients receive the therapy they need-quickly, accurately, and with minimal disruption. We focus on qualifying orders by verifying insurance coverage and clinical eligibility, enabling seamless coordination with patients and clinicians throughout the DME ordering process.

Role & Responsibilities The Order Management team plays a vital role in patient care and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: * Qualifying and releasing orders for device delivery * Verifying insurance coverage and clinical status to ensure: * Therapy is appropriate for the patient's condition * Insurance will reimburse for the therapy This team balances speed and accuracy to prevent delays in therapy while ensuring coverage and payment. Collaboration is key-we work closely with sales, prescribers, patients, and other internal teams to achieve success. Skills & Qualifications Top Skills: * Medical knowledge * Research and healthcare experience * Claims and insurance expertise * Customer service excellence Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * 3+ years in insurance authorization, verification, or medical billing OR a bachelor's degree in healthcare * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with health insurance claims, billing, or authorization * 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: * Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and payers * Interpret payer requirements and clinical criteria to determine service eligibility * Communicate financial responsibilities to patients when needed * Demonstrate self-motivation and discipline in a hybrid remote work setting * Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures Experience Level: Intermediate *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
