Department's Website: The High School Programs Coordinator oversees the development, implementation, and administration of the college's high school concurrent programs , including concurrent education, dual enrollment, and secondary career center. This role ensures compliance with Arkansas Division of Higher Education (ADHE) requirements, state guidelines, and NACEP (National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships) standards. The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the college, high schools, students, and faculty to ensure high-quality, accelerated learning opportunities. This position reports to... Key Responsibilities *Manage day-to-day operations of the high school enrollment program, including scheduling, student registration, eligibility, billing, and transcript processing. *Serve as the primary contact for high school administrators, counselors, faculty liaisons, parents, and students. *Maintain accurate records of student participation, course offerings, and faculty assignments. *Coordinate orientation and onboarding for high school instructors and students. *Cultivate and sustain relationships with partner high schools, districts, and other stakeholders. *Develop outreach strategies to expand concurrent enrollment participation and access. *Work with college administration and faculty to align high school concurrent courses with college curriculum and learning outcomes. *Lead efforts to achieve and maintain NACEP accreditation, ensuring all courses, faculty, and processes meet NACEP standards. *Collect, analyze, and report program data required for NACEP accreditation, state agencies, and institutional accountability. *Coordinate professional development and annual training for concurrent enrollment instructors in alignment with NACEP expectations. *Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations related to concurrent enrollment. *Coordinate data collection and submission of all concurrent enrollment reporting required by ADHE, including student participation, course enrollment, faculty credentialing, and outcomes. *Ensure accuracy and timeliness of ADHE-mandated reports (e.g., AHECB Academic Affairs reports, course approvals, and annual concurrent enrollment updates). *Collaborate with Institutional Research and Registrar's offices to meet state-level accountability and reporting requirements. *Stay informed of ADHE policy updates and communicate implications for concurrent enrollment to internal stakeholders. *Provide advising and support to students enrolled in concurrent courses. *Facilitate communication and training between college faculty mentors and high school instructors. *Assist in resolving academic or administrative concerns related to concurrent enrollment courses. *Coordinate data collection and submission of all concurrent enrollment reporting required by ADHE, including student participation, course enrollment, faculty credentialing, and outcomes. *Ensure accuracy and timeliness of ADHE-mandated reports (e.g., AHECB Academic Affairs reports, course approvals, and annual concurrent enrollment updates). *Collaborate with Institutional Research and Registrar's offices to meet state-level accountability and reporting requirements. *Stay informed of ADHE policy updates and communicate implications for concurrent enrollment to internal stakeholders. *Provide advising and support to students enrolled in concurrent courses. *Facilitate communication and training between college faculty mentors and high school instructors. *Assist in resolving academic or administrative concerns related to concurrent enrollment courses.
