What You Will Do

As a Consolidations Manager at Trimble, you will own the global consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for our complex, multinational organization. You will collaborate across business units and regions, apply strong technical accounting knowledge, and lead process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process for ~160 legal entities

  • Prepare consolidated financial packages for Executive Leadership

  • Oversee intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation

  • Support quarterly and annual external reporting by providing consolidated packages and supporting schedules

  • Collaborate with tax, treasury, FP&A, and Technical Accounting teams on consolidated results

  • Lead or participate in system improvements, automation, and process optimization initiatives

  • Support SOX compliance and external audit requirements

  • Manage and mentor team members to foster professional growth and collaboration

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in consolidations or corporate accounting within a publicly traded company

  • CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred

  • Proven experience managing multiple legal entities in a global structure

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across global teams

About Your Location

This position is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will work 3 days per week in the office. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time in the office based on business needs.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$99,700.00-$134,600.00
