In this high-impact role as a primary therapist, you'll bring clinical excellence and independent judgment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. As a vital voice in treatment planning, you'll play a central role in assessing patient needs, developing care strategies, and delivering direct support to both patients.

Hourly Salary Range (Annual Rate Adjusted for Part-Time): $34.24 - $74.19

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2:00 - 6:00pm

Bargaining Unit: HX - UPTE

Qualifications

We're seeking a dedicated clinical professional with:

  • LMFT, LCSW, or PhD with current CA license- Required
  • Prior experience with both substance use treatment and mental health treatment - Required
  • Knowledge of CAMFT and APA ethics and scope of practice
  • Knowledge of the goals & interventions of intensive outpatient, day treatment, partial hospitalization, and inpatient programs
  • Knowledge of relevant psychiatric diagnoses, including presenting symptoms and typical treatment approaches
  • Knowledge of psychosocial factors in the etiology & treatment of mental illness
  • Ability to complete psychosocial assessments effectively & efficiently
