Reporting to Customer Service Manager and, additionally, working with the Global Sales Manager, lead the International customer service / inside sales bullpen. Will seek and vet international opportunities. As a working supervisor, provide take-offs and quotations to our global clientele. Enter - or oversee - entry of orders from global clientele. Respond to customer queries quickly and accurately. Build brand awareness of applicable Bradley products through phone and email campaigns. Team with an International Sales Manager and inside bullpen members to coordinate activities. Maintain profitability and customer satisfaction. You Will:
