Play a pivotal role in advancing wound care delivery within a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary plastic surgery program. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact outcomes for complex patients while helping shape a growing service line in a brand-new clinical setting. Join UVA Health's Plastic Surgery Wound Care Program as an Advanced Practice Provider and engage in a hybrid inpatient and outpatient role that blends procedural care, longitudinal patient management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will work alongside experienced providers and engaged physician leadership while building expertise in advanced wound care therapies. The Role: In this hybrid APP position, you will help drive clinical excellence across both ambulatory and inpatient wound care, managing a diverse and often complex patient population. This is a dynamic role where autonomy and collaboration are equally valued, and where your clinical judgment directly influences care continuity and outcomes. You will be supported through direct mentorship from experienced clinicians while building toward independent panel management and clinical specialization. On a typical week, you will balance clinic-based care with inpatient rounding while contributing to a program that is actively expanding to meet growing patient demand.
