Information Technology & Digital Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP)

Locations: Milwaukee, WI & Grafton, WI
Program Dates: Estimated program start is June 1, 2026. Program is 24 months (3 rotations, ~8 months each)

This two-year program offers three rotational assignments, each designed to build your technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen. You'll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive mentorship from experienced leaders-all while building a strong foundation for a long-term career at Regal Rexnord.

Rotational Areas May Include:

  • Data & Analytics - Forecasting, smart factory initiatives, AI/ML model development, and augmented analytics

  • Cybersecurity- Threat detection, incident response, policy development, and security awareness

  • Infrastructure & Networking- LAN refresh, telecom migration, ServiceNow ticket management, and SLA optimization

  • Digital Customer Experience (DCX) & eCommerce - Integration planning, product launches, and customer feedback translation

  • ERP/Applications & IT Finance - ERP implementations, process mapping, RPA, and financial systems support

  • IT PMO & Strategy - Portfolio governance, strategic planning, and digital transformation oversight

  • Client Services & Support- Process improvement, knowledge management, and Microsoft platform support

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to real-world projects that align with business goals

  • Collaborate with teams across IT, Digital, and the Business

  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Analyze data, optimize systems, and support process improvements

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership

  • Participate in mentorship, networking, and professional development sessions

  • Receive support for post-program placement into a full-time role

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems,D ata Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • Graduation date of December 2025or May 2026.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

  • Prior internship or work experience preferred

  • Prior internship or co-op experience in IT or Digital functions

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Details:
Expected salary: $50,000 - $90,000 annually.
he salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
