Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

Position Overview:

The Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in supporting Caribou Coffee's holiday operations, with a primary focus on gift card fulfillment. This includes accurate loading, programming, and shipping of gift cards in alignment with customer specifications.

In addition to gift cards, this role supports merchandise order fulfillment, all while contributing to maintaining operational excellence and brand standards during peak seasonal demand. This is a seasonal position with variable hours, designed to meet the increased holiday demand and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Load and program gift cards according to customer specifications, ensuring correct value and timely shipment.

• Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill merchandise orders, ensuring all items meet Caribou Coffee's quality and presentation standards.

• Support peak seasonal demand by maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced digital fulfillment environment.

• Uphold Caribou Coffee's standards for cleanliness, freshness, and organic product handling throughout the fulfillment process.

• Follow all operational policies and procedures, including safety protocols, inventory controls, and shipping guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order processing and a seamless guest experience during the holiday season.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to work flexible, variable hours with occasional overtime to support seasonal demand

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Basic proficiency with computers and digital tools

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or warehouse fulfillment environments

• Familiarity with inventory management systems or order tracking software

• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience

Physical Requirements:
