The Group Operations Manager is responsible for managing a high-impact book of business and driving results through effective leadership and strategic oversight. They provide guidance and support to multiple Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), ensuring operational excellence, exceptional patient care, and successful business growth. The Sr. ROM collaborates with cross-functional leaders, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and plays a pivotal role in achieving divisional goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Associates Degree

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Minimum of five (5) years' management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience preferred

  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

  • RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical nursing; Minimum of 3 years' experience in renal nursing

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a DaVita IKC Nurse

  • CNN or CDN certification

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
