As Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, you'll lead and inspire a team of top-tier Enterprise Client Partners serving some of the world's largest and most complex customers (1,000+ employees, with a focus on Fortune 1000). Reporting to the Director of Enterprise, you'll set the vision, build strategy, and empower your team to deliver measurable growth, breakthrough innovation, and long-term customer partnerships. Your leadership will unlock new opportunities across T-Mobile's portfolio-spanning Voice, Data, Unified Communications & Collaboration, IoT, and next-gen Connected Solutions. You'll drive impact by building customer-centric strategies that fuel revenue, accelerate adoption, and strengthen retention. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
