The Senior Manager of Business Transformation for Howmet Fastening Systems (HFS) is responsible for a multi-year ERP implementation across all HFS sites. Delivering technology solutions to support business process efficiencies on a global scale, while minimizing disruption to day to day operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with HFS business process owners and key decision makers across Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and other functions to deliver world class information technology services and solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination between the HFS IT staff, GIS, and business operations will be required to execute the implementation on time and on budget.
  • Plan and oversee the multi-year ERP implementation across HFS sites
  • Maintain schedule and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Communicate and monitor key milestones, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Understand and monitor daily operations to ensure minimal disruption to day to day operations
  • Coordinate with HFS business unit and Howmet centralized IT resources to deliver services and projects.
  • Coordinate ERP installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Align IT, business, and other resources around the goals, objectives, and delivery of the strategy, across global locations.
  • Provide management expertise and functional business process knowledge to execute on digital transformation goals and objectives across manufacturing, engineering, finance, and sales organizations.
  • Deliver common information solutions in an environment that grew by acquisition and is historically decentralized.
  • Recommend and implement common systems solutions covering all locations and functions, drive HFS standard systems against Howmet, HFS standards.
  • Drive the implementation of common processes across HFS locations.
  • Performs other Business Transformation duties as assigned.
  • Complies with ITAR, CMMC and IMEX requirements in areas of accountability.
  • Ensures that all work activities are performed in accordance with established safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintains full compliance with Company policies and procedures and conducts all activities in accordance with the Howmet Code of Conduct

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, and/or IT
  • +8 years of experience working in information technology and/or business transformation
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Additional Requirements

  • This role may be onsite, hybrid, or remote with considerable travel to HFS sites, as required.
  • Must be able to work extended hours as needed to communicate with global teams and customers

Benefits/Salary:

The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays and vacation. The salary range for this position is $150K to $187K. (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
