As a key member of the Surgical Sales Operations, Customer Service & Sales Support Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Enovis Surgical is a global leader in total joint orthopedics, committed to advancing patient outcomes through innovative products and service excellence. Within Surgical Operations, the Customer Service and Sales Support team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless case execution, accurate order fulfillment, and responsive field support.

The Field QA Actions function sits within this group, aligning closely with Sales Operations to manage product complaints, recalls, and corrective actions in partnership with the field. This business unit ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, protects patients and providers, and strengthens the trust between Enovis and its customers.

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

The Field QA Actions Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Enovis quality standards. This position partners closely with the field and internal teams to manage product complaints, recalls, and corrective actions. By driving timely resolutions and ensuring clear, consistent communication across stakeholders, the Field QA Actions Supervisor helps safeguard patient safety while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product complaints and recalls: Manage the end-to-end process for field-related product complaints, recalls, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Enovis standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the field, Sales Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely updates, clear documentation, and aligned resolution.
  • Drive timely resolutions: Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary to minimize delays and ensure accurate outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation: Review and maintain records of product complaints, corrective actions, and recall activities to meet internal standards and external audit requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance: Educate sales agents, field representatives, and internal staff on proper complaint reporting, recall processes, and compliance procedures.
  • Analyze trends and risks: Monitor and evaluate field complaint data to identify recurring issues, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement: Partner with Sales Operations and Quality to develop streamlined processes, tools, and policies that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.

Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; OR equivalent professional experience in quality, regulatory, or customer service within medical devices.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with product complaints, recalls, corrective actions, or quality systems.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across functions (Sales, Quality, Regulatory, or Operations) to resolve field or customer issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required for business needs.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10%

Desired Characteristics:

  • Previous experience in orthopedic medical devices or surgical products.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or quality management systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex quality issues into clear, actionable updates for the field.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members in a supervisory or project leadership capacity.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables) to track trends and identify root causes.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, including handling escalated field issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving process enhancements that support patient safety and business goals.
