Minimum Qualifications Equivalencies not found for this position Preferred Qualifications *Work-study award is required. Please update your work study award on your application. *Current enrollment as a UNM student in a degree seeking program. *Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress. *Must be able to commit to working a minimum of 20 hrs/wk (maximum of 28 hrs/wk). Office hours are 8am-5pm (M-F). Schedule arranged around academic commitments. *Must complete extensive training in Student Employment processes, Confidentiality, Banner, UNMJobs, I-9 completion, Sexual Harassment and Safety *Must have the ability to create professional working *Strong attention to detail and accuracy to follow established procedures. *Professional written verbal and verbal communication skills. *Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly. *Strong organizational and time-management skills. *Ability to adhere to a strict schedule. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, Adobe) and navigating files. Willingness to learn UNM's software systems. *Customer service skills and professional, helpful demeanor when assisting students, staff, and faculty.
