Join our team as a Member Services & Consumer Lending Specialist, where your ability to connect, consult, and close makes a real difference. What You'll Do In this dynamic role, you'll guide members through their financial journey-from loan applications to closing-while delivering exceptional service and driving results. Your responsibilities will include: * Interviewing members to understand and fulfill their current and future financial needs * Processing consumer loan applications and consulting members on ancillary products * Conducting member service transactions with accuracy and care * Building strong, lasting relationships with members * Meeting individual sales and service goals, including loan origination targets * Ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations * Occasionally creating PowerPoint presentations to support internal communications What You Bring We're looking for someone who's outgoing, dependable, and driven to succeed. Must-haves: * 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or corporate setting * Sales background with proven results * Familiarity with banking products (checking, savings, credit cards) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce * High School Diploma or GED Soft Skills That Set You Apart * Natural ability to connect and build rapport quickly * Friendly, visible, and approachable presence * Independent and self-motivated * Reliable and consistently onsite * Comfortable engaging with others across the organization Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
