Job Title: Commercial Lending Operations Contractor - LoanIQ Transition Support Location: Chandler, AZ Job Type: Contract Experience Level: Intermediate Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contractor to support day-to-day operations within our Commercial Lending team as we transition from AFS to LoanIQ. This role is critical to ensuring smooth loan booking, funding, and system adoption during the conversion process. Responsibilities: * Book and fund commercial loans using LoanIQ * Manage money movement activities and respond to requests from other Lines of Business (LOBs) * Post funds accurately in internal systems * Support team members in adopting LoanIQ and help reduce the learning curve during the transition * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and timelines Qualifications: * Prior experience in commercial lending operations * Working knowledge of LoanIQ preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
