Are you detail-driven and passionate about quality? We're seeking a Quality Receiver to support the quality department of a pioneering medical device manufacturer whose products are improving lives around the world. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role where your organizational skills and commitment to accuracy will play a key part in ensuring FDA-approved medical devices meet the highest standards.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Work Environment: On-site, full-time position

What You'll Do

As a Quality Receiver, you'll be on the front lines of ensuring product compliance and supporting post-market investigations:



  • Receive and unpack returned products safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
  • Perform moderately complex tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Support cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting priorities as needed
  • Enter data accurately and maintain productivity standards
  • Review Lot Acceptance records and Device History Records (DHRs) for compliance
  • Generate, review, and maintain quality records in alignment with Quality System requirements
  • Participate in internal audits and support audit readiness activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company goals

What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in receiving, material handling, or inspection within a quality-focused environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred, including charting and data analysis)
  • Ability to maintain accurate, organized records with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in regulated industries (medical device or lab environments) preferred
  • Physically able to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and use basic hand tools
