We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to assist with our Sales Cloud projects. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while helping to shape the future of our SalesCloud platform. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to learn how to align Salesforce solutions with our business objectives and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist business product owners in understanding their needs and help translate them into technical requirements.

  • Support the analysis and optimization of business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities.

  • Learn about Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, staying updated on new features to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Help provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can fully utilize Salesforce features and best practices.

  • Work with developers to understand custom solutions, contributing to quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts to deliver product enhancements that improve customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • Interest in Salesforce and its functionalities.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with sales business processes or a willingness to learn.

  • Salesforce certifications or coursework related to Salesforce (a plus).

Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago/Schaumburg office 2 days a week.

Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
