Job Summary: Mercury Systems is seeking the best and brightest talent to help us bring cutting-edge technology to mission critical aerospace and defense applications, advancing innovation where it matters most. As a Sr. RF Test Automation Engineer, you will develop and support RF test automation systems for aerospace and defense programs. Our test systems automate the RF testing and calibration of our products which includes: controlling the device under test, RF test equipment, switch matrices, ovens and temperature plates, performing RF measurements, and collecting, storing and processing data. Role involves working with hardware and software--Strong RF test and programming skills are required. This position allows you to be impactful by implementing things from the initial engineering phase to get a product working all the way to production Job Responsibilities Include:

Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $84,000 - $168,000 for an Individual Contributor III at Oxnard CA USA. The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees. "This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens." Additional Information
