Merchandiser Manager: Displays and arranges beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to draw attention to potential customers. Provides excellent customer service to store owners and customers. Effectively resolves complaints or grievances. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, and ability to work without direct supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. This position requires a valid driver's license. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

  • Responsible for follow-up on scheduled merchandise booking secured by Sales Department personnel.
  • Responsible for scheduled maintenance and repair of permanent point of sale in retail accounts.
  • Maintenance of area for current and up to date point of sale.
  • Responsible for printing Day Glos, price cards and banners for retail accounts at request of Sales Depart-ment personnel.
  • Responsible understanding and compliance with all company quality assurance guidelines.
  • Responsible for adhering to all company policies and state laws and regulations.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
