Business Intelligence Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be focused on the MDM needs of the product and material (P&M) domain content, but also on the other domains. Engage with the Division/Business Unit for setting strategies and priorities for Master Data. You'll ensure the implementation of new Master Data standards and monitors the compliance by ensuring that relevant set of instructions, standards and rules are established to regulate the management of data within the Division/Business Unit.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work with the global Division/Business Unit team to ensure Master Data strategies and priorities align with Division/Business Unit business strategy.

• Operates with a prime focus on Product and Materials (P&M) domain, but also responsible to cover the other Master Data Domains. Working with IDEA/IDW and help in setting and implementing inward and outward master data strategies.

• Responsible for Master Data creation, maintenance, other operational processes and use of Master Data within the Division/Business Unit.

• Work with the team representing the Division/Business Unit in Master Data governance of the Master Data Domains, with focus on Product & Material Domain, help define new standards, meeting the project timelines and support implementation strategies, monitoring the progress and handling issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with an area of study in data management, business administration, marketing or similar discipline

• 5+ years of Data Management experience

• SAP experience

• Must understand the importance and benefits of good data quality

• Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Sequel Navigator (SQL), and associated business tools.

• Estimated travel 10-25%

Manufacturing includes made-to-stock and custom-made solutions.
