What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum of twelve months previous work experience in a service and support role
  • Provide service and support independently in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills to make accurate decisions
  • Apply attention to detail and analytical thinking to understand and retain complex concepts
  • Utilize platforms such as TUBS, Salesforce, OnBase, SCM, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and PeopleSoft to manage account servicing
  • Demonstrate familiarity with modern technologies and communication tools (e.g., social media, smartphones, tablets)
  • Travel up to 20% as needed for in-person meetings and conferences

Impact You'll Make:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and initiatives while adhering to established procedures
  • Provide basic technical support and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, escalating issues when necessary
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Perform account-related tasks including invoice and billing adjustments, business information updates, and product activations/deactivations
  • Document all customer interactions and activities in CRM to support sales tracking and follow-ups; assist with special projects as needed

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $51,700.00 - $75,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
