Lindner seeks a highly motivated and organized professional to help coordinate college events and support building operations of its new 225,000 sq. ft. Carl H. Lindner Hall. The Coordinator of Building Services will report to the Director of College Facilities. This position will be integral in overseeing all aspects of college event planning, including, but not limited to, facilities, technology, marketing, and catering needs. It will also support the Director with building operations, maintenance/repairs, and other special projects as determined. An ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and customer service skills and would be available as needed on weekends and evenings to oversee college events. The candidate should also model the college's values that empower problem solving and nurture our collaborative community. This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following a required training period. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required.
