Seeking an experienced and dynamic Project/Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale projects within our IT department, specifically supporting Engineering applications. This role will focus on overseeing the completion of our enterprise PLM upgrade, transitioning from ENOVIA 2013x to 3DExperience 2025x while establishing a continuous upgrade cycle for all Bell PLM landscapes. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in evolving portfolio management practices for all projects within the IT department.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the upgrade of PLM enterprise systems from ENOVIA 2013x to 3DExperience 2025x, ensuring successful implementation by 2027.

* Mentor Project Managers to align departmental goals and timelines.

* Deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and in adherence to IT processes.

* Independently manage engineering projects and solutions with internal/external stakeholders.

* Develop and track project plans, milestones, risks, and quality metrics.

* Control project scope and enforce change management processes.

* Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

* Ensure adherence to Bell's system development life-cycle and quality processes.

* Initiate projects by defining scope, objectives, teams, and high-level requirements.

* Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

* Optimize resource management and project delivery processes.

* Implement strategies for continuous upgrades of PLM landscapes and key applications.

* Enhance coordination with cross-functional IT teams.

* Evolve portfolio management practices for prioritization and performance tracking.

* Apply SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies tailored to aerospace and defense IT projects.

Position Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in IT project/program management

* Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects

* Hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks, particularly in Aerospace and Defense

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Proficient with project management tools and processes.

* Certification in PMP, SAFe, RTE or similar

Preferred Skills:

* Capable of performing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision and general guidance.

* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
