Job Summary

The WeCARE QA Data Analyst will assist the AD of QA and Training with the development of WeCARE workflows and quality

improvement. The Quality Assurance Data Analyst's role is to support the AD of QA in the implementation of standard operation policies and procedures to ensure that UBA WeCARE complies with all NYC HRA contractual requirements. The QA Data Analyst will assist the AD of QA and Training in the overseeing of the training of new staff in MMC policies, HRA policies, and WeCARE program policies. The QA Data Analyst will assist the AD of QA and Training with customer satisfaction surveys for the program.

Facilitate Quality Assurance training and in the development of related training materials for the UBA WeCARE Team. Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Data Analyst will assist in the monitoring of UBA-WeCARE program performance in all service areas and activities including monitoring client satisfaction.

Coordinates with department/service tracks to set goals for improving client services and case record documentation

Analyze data to identify trends in program performance, client engagement via the program audit tools and other designated monitoring tools

Detect and address issues in audit tools and analyze results

Will provide appropriate monitoring of services performed by subcontractors.

The position is part of the Quality Assurance and Training department with specialization in supporting the work of UBA-WeCARE

Qualifications

  • BS Required
  • 3 years
  • Associates must have the ability to assist in the development of detailed policies and procedures.

  • Associates must have strong interpersonal

    skills and the ability to respond to requests from many people and departments.

  • The ability to focus and have strong attention to detail is mandatory.
  • Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance development.
  • Possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

*Work locations required split time between the Bronx (Grand Concourse) and Queens (Union Hall Street) locations.*
