Position: 5G RAN Co-op Number of Positions: 2 Duration: 6 to 12 months Date: Spring 2026 Location: Onsite, Dallas. Education Recommendations Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science or a related field.
- Assist in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting network hardware and WAN circuits (copper, fiber optics, wireless, DIA, Broadband, Starlink, Cellular, POTS).
- Apply network design concepts with a focus on 5G validation, ORAN, and cloud RAN protocols.
- Execute tests in End-to-End 5G labs to ensure reliable data and voice transmission.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze system performance, improve infrastructure, and strengthen network security.
- Explore emerging technologies in 5G, IoT, and cloud computing while developing innovative testing methodologies.
