Education Recommendations
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science or a related field.


  • Assist in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting network hardware and WAN circuits (copper, fiber optics, wireless, DIA, Broadband, Starlink, Cellular, POTS).
  • Apply network design concepts with a focus on 5G validation, ORAN, and cloud RAN protocols.
  • Execute tests in End-to-End 5G labs to ensure reliable data and voice transmission.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze system performance, improve infrastructure, and strengthen network security.
  • Explore emerging technologies in 5G, IoT, and cloud computing while developing innovative testing methodologies.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Passion for technology with foundational telecommunications and networking knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable in managing varied tasks.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Strong foundation in telecommunications, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and network performance analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis, trend identification, and automation using Python scripting and related tools.
