Position: 5G RAN Co-op Number of Positions: 2 Duration: 6 to 12 months Date: Spring 2026 Location: Onsite, Dallas. Education Recommendations Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science or a related field. Assist in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting network hardware and WAN circuits (copper, fiber optics, wireless, DIA, Broadband, Starlink, Cellular, POTS). Apply network design concepts with a focus on 5G validation, ORAN, and cloud RAN protocols. Execute tests in End-to-End 5G labs to ensure reliable data and voice transmission. Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze system performance, improve infrastructure, and strengthen network security. Explore emerging technologies in 5G, IoT, and cloud computing while developing innovative testing methodologies. You're a great fit if you have: Passion for technology with foundational telecommunications and networking knowledge. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexible and adaptable in managing varied tasks. It would be nice if you also had: Strong foundation in telecommunications, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and network performance analysis. Proficient in data analysis, trend identification, and automation using Python scripting and related tools.
