Position Overview QinetiQ US, is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support efforts managing critical network, cyber and mobile telecommunications prototyping efforts within and among high level DoD organizations within the OSD and Joint community. Candidates will support and advise senior government staff on multiple technical efforts related to the development, integration, prototyping and transition of various mobile telecommunications technologies across a variety of Joint and Service missions. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated record of successful engagements and support of large DoD acquisition/prototyping projects and of acquisition processes, standards and procedures. Successful candidates should demonstrate a high level of understanding of working with DoD contracting organizations to define and execute Research and Development (R&D) acquisition effort. Additionally, candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to advise and take initiative on critical projects relating to the technology efforts in their portfolio.
