What You'll Do
*Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls from hospitals, patients, and healthcare providers. *Coordinate ambulance and MIH services by dispatching appropriate personnel and resources. *Accurately relay critical information, including patient details, locations, and call nature. *Collaborate with and follow up with MIH team members to ensure continuity of care and proper communication. *Input, track, and update mobile healthcare call data in real time. *Monitor response times and follow up on exceptions. *Maintain accurate dispatch logs and prepare reports for review. *Serve as a liaison between facilities, providers, and the healthcare team.
