Job Purpose:

Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant or worksite.
• Manually loading and unloading materials weighing up to 60 pounds onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Packaging, strapping, and wrapping items.
• Accurately labeling each package with shipping addresses, barcodes, and other necessary information.
• Operating packaging equipment, scanners, and printers to efficiently process orders.
• Inspecting packages for damage and ensuring they meet quality standards before shipment.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels of packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company guidelines.
• Driving to pick up or deliver products.

Education and Experience:

• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to read English and communicate effectively with others.
• Must be responsible, flexible, and able to work overtime when needed.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• A valid driver's license for operating company vehicles.

Salary Range(annual): $41,600 - $49,920 ($20 - $24 / hourly)

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
