The Director is responsible for the strategic development of the DDI portfolio, overseeing its transition into the next phase with a focus on operational excellence, financial growth, and client satisfaction. In addition to Document Imaging, DDI could provide several other services to generate additional revenue, such as document management, digital transformation (services and solutions), consulting, and document warehousing. Manages the division staff: Manager, Sales Representative, Software Support Specialist, Lead Worker. The Manager will manage the Digital Specialists staff. This position will serve as the key driver in establishing DDI as a leader in the industry by ensuring that all services meet or exceed standards for turnaround time, image quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer responsiveness. The Director of Digital Operations will be expected to implement and enforce policies that support high performance and accountability while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. The individual will work closely with sales, IT, and compliance teams to ensure services align with client needs and internal standards.
- Responsible for customer service satisfaction, sales/proposal management and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Provide and role model the best-in-class customer service standards.
- Communicate and update clients and internal departments on projects.
- Respond to and resolve client or production-related issues.
- Ensure effective pricing models achieve goals.
- Manage all scanning, photo scanning, and microfiche scanning projects, including final disposition via shredding.
- Onboard new client implementations.
- Ensure the proper chain of custody for all documents and cartons entering the production environment.
- Manage, analyze, and review workflow processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and enhance the quality assurance process for each service line.
- Manage monthly production costs.
- Monitor daily production reports to ensure all production projects are completed on time.
