Overview:
Do you want to shape innovative technology solutions that help independent financial advisors thrive? Advisors Excel is seeking a dynamic VP of Advisor Technology Experience (Tech Path) to lead our efforts in redefining the advisor journey through innovative tools and platforms. You'll drive strategy, integration, and adoption of solutions that empower independent advisors to work smarter, leverage data, and deliver exceptional client experiences. What you'll do:
- Shape the Technology Roadmap: Partner with leadership to develop and execute a forward-looking advisor technology strategy, integrating 10-15 cutting-edge platforms.
- Collaborate with Technology, Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to create unified, impactful solutions for advisors.
- Lead & Develop Talent: Build and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to advisor onboarding, training, and driving adoption of new technologies.
- Cultivate Powerful Partnerships: Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver best-in-class results for our independent advisor community.
- Deliver Measurable Performance: Establish, track, and report on adoption, utilization, and ROI metrics to leadership.
- Champion the Advisor Experience: Represent Advisor Technology Experience at recruiting events, retention initiatives, and industry functions.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor emerging technology trends and recommend improvements to keep Advisors Excel and our independent advisors competitive.
Experience you'll bring:
- 5+ years leading business technology strategy and adoption initiatives for business-facing platforms, ideally within financial services, consulting, or a growth organization.
- Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional leaders and managing multi-platform integrations.
- Experience leading and developing teams focused on technology adoption, training, and measurable results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset for translating business priorities into technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience serving independent financial advisors or working in wealth management.
- Passion for emerging fintech trends and advisor enablement.
- Success in delivering innovative, data-driven technology solutions aligned with business needs.
