Your Role at Baxter

As an Upload Specialist at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, you will be at the forefront of ensuring flawless data management and outstanding customer interactions. What you'll do:
  • Upload all CAM patch data and customer information into our portal with outstanding precision.
  • Promptly answer and effectively manage all incoming Customer Experience Team calls, ensuring an excellent customer experience and industry-leading service.
  • Address questions and educate customers, sales staff, and patients on Bardy Diagnostics products and services.
  • Redirect calls to subject matter experts according to defined protocols.
  • Document all calls and correspondences meticulously in company systems.
  • Handle assigned emails and voicemails professionally.
  • Demonstrate empathy and effectively decrease customer tension.
  • Promote the value of Bardy Diagnostics cardiac monitoring enthusiastically.
  • Communicate in a professional, empathetic, and diplomatic manner with excellent voice quality, dictation, and articulation.
  • Exhibit a high sense of urgency in all tasks.
  • Identify, document, and raise potential patient or customer complaints following established procedures.
  • Work diligently to achieve the daily Customer Experience Team's quality and efficiency targets.
  • Assist with inventory control, including the intake, storage, and recycling of CAM heart monitors.
What You'll Bring:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service position preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Outstanding multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of multi-line telephone systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills for interacting with all internal and external clients.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Patience, integrity, and excellent phone etiquette.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base hourly rate of $16.00. The above rate represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
