JLL has an exciting remote opportunity for an IFM Operations Team Lead based in Charlotte, NC. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional onsite visits a few times per month, making it perfect for professionals seeking work-life balance while maintaining meaningful client connections.

Check out some of your day:

  • Collaborate with various account Service Lines to implement Facility Management standard practices and ensure projects are executed efficiently.
  • Lead a team of facility management professionals to support adherence to standard processes and controls, providing oversight and guidance to maintain effective governance throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with FM, Business Intelligence, and other Center of Excellence teams to develop routines that align with platform, region, account, and/or client goals and objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of new tools to enhance service delivery and address ad hoc client requests.
  • Ensure best practices are implemented for Work Order Management, SLA KPI reporting, and Cost Save & Avoidance submissions and approvals.
  • Document facility management processes and ensure their adherence across the portfolio, providing training to team members on relevant responsibilities within their areas of expertise.
  • Maintain and update Facility Management playbooks to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Streamline centralized facilities management by establishing effective communication channels with field teams and fostering a customer-centric approach.
  • Oversee FM Governance Routines related to work order management in the CMMS system.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, actively contributing to the development of best practices, process re-engineering, and other initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.
  • Lead and inspire your team to execute day-to-day routines with excellence and prioritize delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who should apply:

Required

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management with knowledge of standard commercial real estate, business, and accounting practices.

  • Understanding of the financial impact of building concerns.

  • In-depth knowledge of the work order life cycle, reporting, and navigation of the Corrigo WO Platform

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook).

  • Strategic use of business intelligence, data, reporting, and analytics to drive operational efficiency.

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer service, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

  • Highly innovative, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and proactive in taking on new projects.

  • Exceptional team player, capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven leadership and collaboration experience with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and build consensus across all organizational levels

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of creating repeatable processes and programs that exceed customer expectations

  • Results-driven character with ethical standards, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset focused on fostering productive team environments

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay $91,630 - 118,800 depending on experience

Estimated compensation for this position:

91,630.00 - 118,800.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
