19 Position Summary
The Manager IT PMO Portfolio leads and manages multiple complex programs and projects on behalf of a designated business area Portfolio. Provides leadership and has accountability for execution of several concurrent programs and projects managed by multiple direct report employee and contractor team members. This position is responsible for establishing and improving the business processes, methods, tools, and metrics necessary to drive consistent project delivery excellence. The Manager IT PMO Portfolio collaborates with business partners across the Enterprise to build relationships necessary to drive excellence and value delivery in execution. This position plays a significant role in mastering cross-functional collaboration and defining tangible business outcomes. This role is responsible for timely and effective written and verbal communications within the portfolio and across stakeholder groups. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Program Management as part of the Office of the CIO. The Manager Portfolio also has responsibility for the leadership, coordination, and sustainment of the IT PMO processes and functions. This position will also be responsible for managing IT PMO employee direct reports and contractors. Additionally, the Manager IT PMO Portfolio will be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to existing IT PMO processes with a focus on driving the maturity of program and project delivery excellence. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from PMI Institute or similar industry recognized project management certification.
Program/Project and Portfolio Management leadership experience managing budgets more than $20M.
Demonstrated success at collaborating and leading by influence.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business executives, leaders, with all levels of professionals, and with project managers and teams.
Proven ability to prepare and present executive-level material.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
