SUMMARY:


The Senior Account Executive - Premium Seating is responsible for selling new season seats and groups to the business community. The Senior Account Executive - Premium Seating will maintain contact with the client via phone, outside appointments and in-stadium visits. The overall goals are to increase the number of seasons seat holders/group buyers with superior customer experience/service and close relationship between the client and the Revolution. The role will also serve a Liason to various other departments at Kraft Sports with a focus on generating additional ticket sales.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives new business in an effort to attain established sales goals.
  2. Identify new sales opportunities in the Business Community through networking, cold calling, direct contact and the utilization of data and analytics.
  3. Innovate new content, inventory or service offerings to up sell existing and new client relationships. This will be accomplished by learning the client's business needs and desires to advise on potential synergies with our organization and brand.
  4. Cultivate and manage relationships with client decision-makers that result in long-term partnerships and the retention of existing business. Strengthen client relationships through various touchpoints and initiatives throughout the year.
  5. Provide account service by serving as the liaison between the company and client to ensure exemplary client service. Remain in frequent contact with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner. Whenever possible, go above and beyond in an effort to exceed their expectations and enhance the client experience.
  6. Keep accurate CRM records and perform necessary follow up with customers to close sales.
  7. Process orders by using the Archtics ticketing system and the Revolution intranet. Take all necessary steps and fill out all required forms/computer documents promptly to complete the sale and ensure the proper delivery of all package elements to the customer.
  8. Assist in the planning and execution of Revolution elements on game days and at Revolution events.
  9. Meet weekly with management to evaluate sales results, establish best practice, and develop strategies that drive new business.
  10. Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with various divisions across Kraft Sports with a focus on generating referral business. Some examples are premium seating, sponsorship and events.
  11. Create and/or identify additional ticketing revenue generation channels through all of the Kraft companies
  12. Understand vendor relationships and identify areas to include Revolution products to enhance product offerings.
  13. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  14. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years experience in a related Sales role with revenue generation.
  • Prior experience utilizing a CRM system preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Results driven with the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must also be highly computer proficient and skilled in working with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Must be well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous posture with team members and customers at all times.
