Join us as an Audiologist on the Software Engineering Test Team, where you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide input and test new and existing features in fitting software and mobile applications. Watch this video to see more of what sets Starkey Apart: https://youtu.be/9cUYwTlCepg?si=wkovx8_R_iINfrc6 JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB This position is responsible for the Software Testing of Starkey Lab's various software products to ensure that high quality products are shipped to our end customers. The candidate will provide software test direction and guidance to team members within the group using Starkey Software Engineering procedures, and this person must have the ability to work with other groups both internal and external to Starkey. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS Lead and mentor software testers and establish goals and objectives for the appropriate test cycles for each release.
Provide planning of future project releases in estimating efforts required in testing & documentation and advising on product improvements based on experience gained from previous releases & customer feedback.
Manage, coordinate, communicate and conduct software testing, test schedules, deliverables and status reports to the Project Manager and Upper Management.
Recognize and identify areas where software quality policies and procedures need to be improved or developed.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
