Description

We are seeking a Collaborative Learning Manager to join our team.

Starting Salary: $ 51,000 - $54,000 Annually

Bonus: $4,00 ($2,000 Sign-on Bonus will be paid on your first paycheck, and the $2,600 Retention Bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)

This position supports and assists the Director of Collaborative Learning & Training and Senior Training Manager in developing, empowering, and motivating team members and community partners to engage their best energies toward their work with children and families. It ensures that individuals working with children and families have the knowledge and skills to provide quality services, opportunities to develop leadership abilities, and resources for personal and professional growth. This position supports organizational culture, engaging others in the Sanctuary Model and WIDE efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Assist the Director of Collaborative Learning and Senior Collaborative Manager in all aspects of managing the work of the Collaborative Learning team as follows:
  • Coordinate the training schedule for team members, continuing education, and resource parents for assigned programs.
  • Track and report on training compliance.
  • Promote the Sanctuary Model, assist with recertification efforts, and facilitate red flag reviews and SELF meetings as requested.
  • Promote WIDE practices that welcome all voices, demonstrate Inclusion at every level of the organization, embrace and utilize Diversity, and support efforts toward Equity in the agency and society.
  • Create, curate, and review curricula, materials, and resources for instructor-led and online courses.
  • Assist in leading the implementation of the Kansas Practice model, including Resolutions Together.



WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

The perfect candidate should possess 3-5 years of pertinent experience in effectively engaging and instructing adult learners, along with a solid grasp of a wide range of human services and programs, as well as current trends, models, and practices in the field of human services. The subsequent:




  • At least 21 years of age and pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
  • A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
  • * Complete Sanctuary training in a timely manner.
  • * Follow all agency policies.
  • * Be able to pass state abuse, neglect, and criminal background checks.
  • Education Level: Graduate-level education
  • Preferred: Clinical licensure
