Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Pre-Media Graphics Lead to contribute to ourLightning Sourceteam inLaVergne, TNjust outside Nashville.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Pre-Media department processes and workflows.
  • Act as the first point of contact for associate questions and production issues, triaging problems and recommending solutions to management.
  • Collaborate in developing process improvements and contribute to daily production work.
  • Assist team members with customer requests, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Participate in the development of Pre-Media tools for file automation and processing.
Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor of Graphic Arts Degree or equivalent year-for-year experience
  • 4 years' experience within a Pre-Press Graphics Position
  • 4 years' experience using InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PageMaker, or other Macintosh-based graphic design software, preferably in a Graphic Arts environment
