SOUTHWEST / WEST COAST - REMOTE WORK FROM HOME CSR - CPAP
* Experienced CSR with a love to serve our military customers and support our white glove CPAP services * Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones * Come Join our Optigen Team on our mission to be the premiere CPAP provider in the nation! This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction. JOB FUNCTIONS: * Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system * Assesses customer need for additional products/services * Assesses customer compliance with physician orders * Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services * Documents calls in computerized record keeping system * Enters customer orders in computerized system * Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records | |
