What this job involves:

As an Assistant Facilities Manager - Projects at JLL, you will drive consistency and operational excellence in regional Facilities Management programs by organizing information, building and managing project plans, and managing vendor relationships in partnership with Regional Facilities Managers, Senior Facilities Managers, and Program Managers while working closely with clients to deliver exceptional facility services. This project-focused role combines program management expertise with facilities operations, requiring you to own organization, management, and implementation of programmatic needs across all aspects of regional facilities programs spanning hard services and soft services spectrums while communicating via multiple channels to build and sustain strong partnerships in a matrix-driven environment. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to delivering operational excellence by leading team meetings at various frequencies, drafting internal and external communications, using tools such as Corrigo, Visio, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office to build operational deliverables, and working across regions to solve customer requests and challenges while leading special projects in collaboration with broader regional IFM teams.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Drive consistency and operational excellence in regional Facilities Management programs through information organization and project plan management
  • Own organization, management, and implementation of programmatic needs across hard services and soft services program spectrums
  • Communicate via multiple channels with Senior Facility Managers, Program Managers, clients, and leaders to build strong partnerships
  • Lead, attend, coordinate, and organize content and presentations for weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings
  • Draft and deliver internal and external communications while using Corrigo, Visio, Smartsheet, Quip, and Microsoft Office for operational deliverables
  • Assist in development and management of local and sub-regional program or project budgets
  • Work across regions to solve customer requests and challenges while leading special projects with regional IFM teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and communications while ensuring compliance with company and regional policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing local and regional programs, projects, and initiatives ideally in real estate, facilities, and operations
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with relentless drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes
  • Comfort working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually and onsite, in highly dynamic organizations
  • Ease with launching projects without much data, starting from blank sheet of paper
  • Strong analytical capabilities combining ability to dive deep into data and anecdotal feedback
  • Experience driving change management plans for setting up new services or transforming existing ones
  • Strong organizational skills with capacity to prioritize and escalate in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and ownership mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience establishing effective relationships across matrix-driven environments
  • Great communication skills with ability to moderate large forums and facilitate stakeholder dialog
  • Background in facilities management program operations and vendor relationship management
  • Knowledge of tools such as Corrigo, Visio, Smartsheet, Quip, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with budget development and management for programs or projects
  • Understanding of hard services and soft services program spectrums
  • Background in customer service and challenge resolution across regional operations.

Estimated compensation for this position:

85,800.00 - 124,400.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
