As a Server at Mason Street Grill, you will tailor each experience to the guest, providing food and beverage service in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner. You will help create memorable dining moments that reflect the warmth, style, and excellence of Mason Street Grill.

Mason Street Grill in downtown Milwaukee has become a local favorite for wood-grilled steaks, fresh seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and jazz music. In addition to great food and drinks, we provide exceptional service you can't find anywhere else. At Mason Street, we want to serve experiences. Whether it's the enticing aromas from the grill, the background sounds of live music, or the taste of a refreshing cocktail after a long day at work, we want to ensure that our guests' time with us will bring them back again and again.

* Greet guests, present menus, and explain specials & promotions.

* Record and input guest orders into the Point-of-Sale system, upselling at every opportunity.

* Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with liquor regulations.

* Replenish beverages, check back frequently, and anticipate guest needs.

* Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return.

* Complete side work and cleaning tasks, including restocking condiments and supplies.

* Support teammates by assisting co-workers and working collaboratively.

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

* Previous serving, food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality experience required.

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Ability to maintain composure and deliver service under pressure.

* Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and guest relations.

* Proficient in English for menu comprehension, order taking, and guest communication.

* Strong recall skills to recommend and promote menu items.

* Ability to carry trays up to 30 lbs. through crowded spaces.

* Professional demeanor and a clean, well-maintained uniform.

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Pay Rate: $2.91 per hour base plus tips
