eCommerce Product Specialist

Pay Rate: $21.00/Hour

Status: Full Time/40Hours

Job Objective:
Oversee the production and selection of all goods for eCommerce sales from all stores.
Essential Functions:

• Coordinate eCommerce selection with store managers and store personnel.
• Work closely with Regional Manager to develop the best strategies and practices to increase
  eCommerce sales.
• Attend monthly staff meetings for managers and keep personnel informed of new policies and
  directives.
• Maintain a good working relationship with eCommerce Staff, Regional Manager and Store Managers.
• Travel to all stores to pull and pack products for eCommerce shipment quickly and accurately.
• Oversee the preparation and packing of picked materials for transportation to warehouse to be shipped
  to eCommerce station.
• Ability to research and discover quality and value of high-end donated products with assistance of a PC
  or handheld electronic devices (i.e., smart phone or tablet/iPad).
• Manifest eCommerce merchandise and maintain quality control and accuracy in manifesting orders.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend eCommerce meetings, trainings and conferences as required.
• Support the mission statement of the Salvation Army
