Surrounded by the artistry and energy of Milwaukee's Theater District, The Studio offers guests a dining experience that blends refinement with genuine warmth. As a Lead Server, you will not only deliver exceptional service but also support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, memorable dining experiences for every guest.

• Lead by example by providing professional, attentive, and engaging service to all guests.

• Act as a mentor and role model for servers and server assistants, supporting training and development.

• Assist management with daily floor operations, including table assignments, pacing, and guest flow.

• Monitor service quality and provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure consistency and excellence.

• Communicate clearly with the culinary team, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism.

• Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and ensuring service areas are clean and organized.

• Support management with additional duties as needed.

• Prior serving experience required; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to guide and upsell to guests.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

• Ability to remain composed, professional, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
