Customer Service Representative

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16.00/hr
• Training: 8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Onsite in Blue Ash)
• Post-Training Schedule: Choose from available schedules-typically mid-shift with at least one weekend day required

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone and email
• Accurately enter data into pharmacy systems and vendor platforms
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy policies
• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and insurance to ensure patient needs are met
• Meet productivity goals and follow up on inquiries within service timelines
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing speed: 35-40 WPM
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, call centers, or pharmacy is a plus
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
• Must have reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete training and obtain Pharmacy Technician registration/certification (if required)
