Inventory Clerk

Staffmark is hiring an Inventory Clerk in Springdale, AR! Join our team as an Inventory Clerk where you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, starting at 7 AM until finished (typically 4-6 hours)

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and document inventory items during regular cycle counts and audits
• Compare physical counts to inventory records and packing slips to verify accuracy
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items promptly
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas
• Support warehouse staff by coordinating inventory flow and restocking as needed
• Use handheld scanners or basic computer systems to update inventory data
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management software
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with good communication skills
