Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing facility in Fairfield, OH. If you have maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting and are ready to grow your career with a supportive and family-oriented team, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay: $25-$34/hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with equipment diagnostics.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Support equipment uptime and reliability in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Technical training or mechanical certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical diagnostics and repair practices.
• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
• Regularly lift 25+ lbs.
