Staffmark is looking for an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to lead a dynamic plywood manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, achieving production targets, and maintaining high product quality.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to effectively train and guide shift employees.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Shifts Available: Days, nights, weekends, and holidays (flexible scheduling required)

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure safe and compliant operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead, train, and develop shift employees to maximize team performance
  • Monitor production processes, equipment functionality, and product quality standards
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and reduce downtime
  • Complete accurate shift reports, safety documentation, and performance records
  • Communicate clearly across teams and departments to maintain workflow and alignment



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of plywood manufacturing processes and equipment is preferred
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and computer skills
